In addition to her grandmother, Rachel was predeceased by her grandfather, William K. Rachel loved others and chose to be an organ donor. James United Methodist Church and in the hand bell choir. Rachel was always happy, compassionate and responsible, treasuring her friends & family, especially, her third grade teacher, Aunt Carol Langston, and her husband, Uncle John. She played basketball, softball, and ran cross-country. Rachel attended Pulaski Academy and was in the tenth grade. Rachel loved her large extended family and enjoyed taking vacations on the family's tour bus. Rachel's grandmother, Judy Langston McKnight, a school teacher, who she joined in Heaven, taught her to read at the age of three. Allen McKnight brought her into the world. Rachel was born on Apin Little Rock, to her parents, Cherie Allison McKnight and Rodney Alan Rutherford. Rachel Allison Rutherford, age 15, of Little Rock, went to Heaven March 29, 2007, as a result of injuries she received in a jet ski accident on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs.
